ANDERSON SILVA delivered a surprising first round knockout to defeat Tito Ortiz.

The former UFC middleweight champion pulled on the boxing gloves to face his fellow ex-MMA star.

And ‘Spider’ wanted simply one minute and 21 seconds to finish the competition.

The 46-year-old stated afterwards: “I skilled exhausting for this battle and to present my respect to the boxing world.

“Now I go back home to continue training and… we’ll see.”

However, he appears to have hinted at retirement from the battle sport when he was requested if this was the final we’d see of him.

Silva replied: “Probably.”

Silva devoted his first-round KO to martial arts icon Bruce Lee.

He stated: “The grand master Bruce Lee says, ‘Be water, my friend’. That’s what I did today.”
