AmEx employees can work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks a year – memo


Oct 18 (Reuters) – American Express Co (AXP.N) will enable employees to work from anywhere they need for up to 4 weeks a year, Chief Executive Officer Stephen Squeri stated in a memo to workers on Monday.

That will embody the 15 days when employees are allowed to work outdoors their nation, in accordance to the memo.

Adopting a extra relaxed stance on work-from-home than many of the massive U.S. banks, AmEx has divided staffers into hybrid, onsite and totally digital classes.

Most of the hybrid mannequin staffers should work from workplace two days a week, it stated, whereas onsite staff will are available for 4 to 5 days. Employees within the totally digital class can proceed to work from residence.
