China constructing villages at disputed Bhutan territory – New Delhi News

Boundary negotiations between Bhutan and China started in 1984 and the 2 sides have held 24 rounds of talks and 10 rounds of assembly at the professional group degree.

The negotiations, which have been carried out in a spirit of understanding and lodging, have been guided by the 1988 joint communique on the guiding rules for the settlement of the boundary and the 1998 settlement on the upkeep of peace, tranquillity and establishment alongside the Bhutan-China border areas.
