Kyle Rittenhouse met with Donald Trump at the previous president’s Mar-a-Lago membership after the teenager was acquitted of all costs in his murder trial final week.

“Kyle I got to know him a little bit. He called. He wanted to know if he could come over and say hello because he was a fan unlike the other guy,” the previous president informed Hannity.

A jury final Friday cleared Rittenhouse of costs of murder, tried murder and reckless endangerment after he fatally shot two males and wounded a 3rd in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August 2020.

Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time, shot the trio throughout riots that broke over the police capturing of Jacob Blake. The teen mentioned he acted in self-defense when he opened hearth.

“He should never have been put through that,” Trump mentioned Tuesday night time, referring to Rittenhouse’s trial. “That was prosecutorial misconduct.”
