(Reuters) – Trina Chandler, a former partner at Vinson & Elkins, has joined Latham & Watkins’ M&A and personal fairness practices in Houston, the agency introduced Monday.

While at Vinson & Elkins, Chandler represented purchasers in corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions, non-public investments and joint ventures.
