Man busted for opening fire inside Soho building

A gunman was arrested for allegedly opening fire Sunday at an condominium door inside the identical building that homes the off-Broadway theater Soho Playhouse, sources stated.

The 47-year-old suspect knocked on the second-floor condominium door and fired no less than 5 photographs after a 39-year-old male resident opened up at about 12:20 p.m., in response to sources.

Upon seeing the gun, the resident on the Vandam Street building instantly slammed the door shut stopping him from getting struck by any bullets, in response to sources.

Investigators later discovered 5 shell casings and as many bullet markings within the door.

The resident known as police and later helped the authorities monitor down the alleged shooter exterior of Washington Square Park.

The suspected shooter was arrested and expenses in opposition to him had been pending as of late Sunday, sources stated.

The NYPD didn’t present info on the taking pictures.

Soho Playhouse didn’t instantly return a request for remark.
