An unhinged man attacked an NYPD cop inside a Brooklyn Target on Tuesday and tried to choke the lawman as they wrestled on the bottom, new video exhibits.
The violent encounter occurred simply after 2 p.m. when the cop noticed the person appearing “disorderly and flipping items on shelves onto the ground” within the Atlantic Terminal Mall retailer, in line with the NYPD.
