POLICE have discovered the body of missing woman Theresa Steele in open ground in Staffordshire.
The 30-year-old woman had been final seen in the Rugeley home on Monday and cops had acknowledged they’d been “increasingly concerned” for her.
Yesterday a body of a woman was discovered on open land close to to Wolseley Bridge yesterday afternoon.
Officers have now confirmed that the body has been formally acknowledged as Theresa.
Detective Constable Jason Hughes, of CID South, acknowledged: “Theresa’s household have been educated and our ideas and condolences are with them at this very troublesome time.
“They are being supported by police officers.”
A report may very well be ready for HM Coroner.
