Tech billionaire Michael Goguen fires back at bombshell allegations

Tech billionaire Michael Goguen issued a scathing rebuke Sunday of claims he controls native cops and a “harem” of younger ladies in a quiet Montana city, as alleged by former employees in courtroom papers and detailed in The Post.

The onetime Silicon Valley bigwig stated in an announcement that the allegations stem from disgruntled and vindictive ex-associates, who claimed in a federal civil grievance that he saved a spreadsheet of 5,000 ladies he bedded.

The grievance stated the 57-year-old billionaire primarily owns the quiet Rocky Mountain city of Whitefish, the place he constructed a 75,000-square-foot mansion and allegedly has native cops on his payroll.

“The ridiculous and defamatory published in the New York POST article yesterday was the ‘last gasp’ attempt by recently convicted felon Matthew Marshall to cause my family and I as much damage as possible before his upcoming sentencing,” Goguen stated.

Marshall, a 51-year-old former Marine and alleged CIA operative, is the previous head of the defense-contractor Amyntor Group who was recruited by Goguen in 2013 to arrange a non-public safety enterprise below the billionaire’s tutelage.

In the grievance filed in US District Court for the District of Montana, Marshall claims he was compelled into shopping for luxurious properties and automobiles for Goguen’s alleged harem — and into harassing and intimidating the billionaire’s enemies.

Among Goguen’s different accusers are unique dancer Amber Baptiste, who stated she was subjected to “constant sexual abuse” and “countless hours of forced sodomy.”

Another complainant is Bryan Nash, a former exercise companion, and former Whitefish Police Chief Bill Dial, who sued Goguen in 2019 claiming he tried to intrude in his investigations.

Dial has referred to as Goguen “a billionaire a la Harvey Weinstein and [Jeffrey] Epstein.”

In his assertion Sunday, Goguen famous that Marshall agreed to a federal plea deal in Montana earlier this month on wire fraud and tax-evasion prices for conning Goguen out of tens of millions. Marshall is because of be sentenced within the case in March.
