A New Jersey lady was left fighting for her life Friday after a creep allegedly knocked her down whereas fleeing the scene of a strong-arm theft in Times Square, regulation enforcement sources advised The Post.

The suspect, recognized by sources as Jermaine Foster, 26, allegedly snatched a 29-year-old lady’s cellphone out of her fingers at West forty first Street and Broadway round 1:30 p.m., the sources mentioned.
